GPS works alongside our clients to help them fulfil their legal safety obligations, with fair and unbiased independent inspections of their scaffold structures, whether they are TG20:21 compliant or bespoke designed scaffolds for the domestic, commercial, industrial sectors.
With the agreement of our client all scaffolds shall be inspected and marked using scafftag identification system by a competent person. Untagged scaffolds should not be used. Scafftag will be fastened near the access point of the scaffold in a clear and visible location. Upon inspection of scaffold, a comprehensive report along with photographic evidence will be produced and provided to support any findings, along with any recommendations to improve scaffold and make compliant. A copy of the scaffold report should be kept securely for 3 months after the scaffold has been dismantled and cleared from site, as stated in the Work at Height Regulations 2005.
